Weviews.tv is seeking Consumer Reporters to create and submit their own video reviews of products or services they have used and recommend.
What we want:
- 1 to 2-minute consumer generated video reviews that discuss the features and benefits of the product or service along with the reasons why you are endorsing it.
- The video must be transcribed (spell checked and grammatically correct, please).
- Product or service must be available to promote through an affiliate program.
What we do not want:
- Submissions by anyone under the age of 21.
- Submissions that are not for products or services that you recommend.
- Submissions that contain any copyrighted material that does not belong to you.
- Submissions that contain material that is sexually explicit, discriminatory, biased in nature or offensive.
- Submissions that are from anyone other than the author.
Compensation:
- We will pay $50.00 for each submission that is accepted and published on the Weviews.tv website. We also encourage the Consumer Reporter to insert their affiliate links into the body of the transcription.

If your review is accepted:
- You will receive an email notifying you that your submission has been accepted, along with your account information to post your video on Weviews.tv
- $50.00 will be sent to you via PayPal.
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting video reviews to Weviews.tv, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In exchange for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I and Weviews.tv (“Weviews”) hereby agree as follows:
I understand, agree and acknowledge on behalf of myself that by submitting to Weviews the video file (the “Video”) of my testimonial for the Products or Services (“Product(s)”) that, Weviews will have the exclusive and entire ownership of and copyright in the Video.
I hereby represent that: I am the person depicted in the Video and grant to Weviews the right to use, publish, and broadcast my name, voice, picture, portrait, image and likeness in all media and types of advertising and promotion; (ii) I have obtained authorization and consent from each and every person apart from myself who appear in the Video to use, publish, and broadcast his or her name, voice, picture, portrait, image, and likeness in the Video; (iii) all statements made by me in the Video are my honest opinions about the Product(s) and I am a bona fide user of the Product(s); and (iv) the Video is an original work created by me and I own all rights in and to the Video.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify Weviews, its affiliates, advertisers, program suppliers, assignees, licensees and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, stockholders, and affiliated companies from and against any claims, damages, liability, costs, or other expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with Weviews use of the Video, including but not limited to, any claims for infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I am not affiliated with any person or entity that manufactures or distributes the Product(s) featured in the Video or manufacturers or distributes a product competing with the Product(s) featured in the Video.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. The parties intend to and hereby irrevocably confer exclusive jurisdiction to enforce this Agreement upon the State of New Jersey and submit to personal jurisdiction therein. The parties further agree that, to the extent permitted by law, valid service of process in any such action or proceeding may be achieved as follows: a) delivered by hand; b) sent by fax/telecopier (with receipt confirmed), provided that a copy is mailed the same day by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; or c) when received by the addressee if sent by Express Mail, Federal Express or other express delivery service.
