One of my favorite brands of shoes is Chinese Laundy. Now a lot of my friends know that I have a 700-pair shoe collection and I own 15 pairs of Chinese Laundry shoes. And, the reason that I do is that Chinese Laundry makes really trendy shoes. They have all the hottest styles. Another great thing about them is that they are extremely affordable.
In my crazy-large shoe collection, I have a few pairs of designer shoes that are over $500 and one pair that I paid $1,200 for. What’s great about Chinese Laundry is that as styles come and go, shoes that range from $49 – $129 like the Chinese Laundry brand enable you to buy a bunch of pairs. At those prices, you can even get rid of them at the end of the season if they are out of style. I have a few of my favorite pairs that I’m going to show you in a few minutes including the “Strate”, “Degree”, “Skyrocket” and “Babe” styles.
Now, as I am filming this, I happen to be at a conference in Scottsdale and I happened upon David Wright, the CIO of Chinese Laundry, who is going to talk to you about Chinese Laundry and all the cool people who are wearing the brand. And here he is…
“At Chinese Laundry, we always to get our shoes on the feet of celebrities and sometimes it just happens. Recently, Blake Lively, the star of Gossip Girl pick up the “Strate” boot in ash grey at a DSW and she has worn it on every episode this season. Little by little there was a groundswell of people trying to find out where the boot came from. Eventually the news came out that it was a boot from Chinese Laundry and since then, we’ve been featured in MSNBC, the Today Show, People Magazine and inStyle. The “Strate” is quite possibly one of the most popular boots on the planet now and you can buy them for just $99.00.
At Chinese Laundry, it’s always been the philosophy to give you the latest styles at an affordable price. Not everyone can afford a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, but you can afford a closet full of Chinese Laundry, if you want to.”
Check out my three favorite styles this season, “Degree”, “Skyrocket” and “Babe”. I know you’ll love them, too.
